All our products are handmade and made to order and we aim to dispatch orders in at least 5 working days (most of the time its sooner!)

All of our orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 and cost covers this plus the packaging to all UK addresses.

Although your order should be with you within a few days please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Ensure your delivery address is correct upon checkout. We take no responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Classification, Labelling & Packaging Regulation (CLP) is a legal requirement for wax met and other home fragrances such as carpet fresheners.

All our wax melts are CLP compliant. You will find this information on the stickers on each individual wax melt packet. If you require specific CLP information please do not hesitate to get in contact and we can send it to you.

If you are unhappy with any of our products refunds will be issued providing the item is returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging. Postage is non refundable. Buyer is to cover the return postage cost.
