Open Box Policy

Want to keep adding to your order? Not a problem at Moonlight Scents we offer the option for Open Boxes.

What is an Openbox?

An open box allows you to place orders and add them to your own box without paying shipping on each individual order. 

When you are ready to have it shipped, you pay a one off shipping fee of £6.50 and all your orders that have been added to your box will get dispatched.

This means you can take advantage of deals, discounts and special offers without paying individual postage.

How do I start or add to my open box?

Place your order as normal and select the Open Box/Start Open box shipping option and use the code OPENBOXSHIPPING. You will then see you have no postage to pay. Your order is then added to your box. There is no minimum order to add. 

How can I close my box?

Place your order as normal and select Close Open Box shipping option, which will then add the £6.50 one off postage.

Postage for an Open box is £6.50 and there is no weight limit or time limit.

If my orders add up to over £60 do I qualify for free shipping?

Unfortunately I cannot add orders together in order to qualify for £60 free shipping discount - any open box regardless of value will have to pay the £6.50 postage charge. The free shipping is a separate discount for one off orders. Orders will not be shipped unless full postage is covered. If regular £4 Tracked 48 is selected the shipping will be refunded and order not dispatched.
